Mythology is always fun. I have a special interest in creation and deluge myths and am well-versed in the Judeo-Christian versions and a good number of its varieties. The brief mention of Nephilim in Genesis 6 has always been very interesting, thus I know a good deal about that too.

I'm also very interested in the Roman Imperial Cult lately, which is not mythology per se, but how that fits into Roman mythology is.

Folklore topics I fancy include:

  • Vampires
  • Werewolves
  • Zombies
  • Loch Ness Monster
  • Dragons

Among all of it, I'm most interested in how various myths developed and influenced each other and historical events. Conversely, how actual history may have influenced mythology is interesting as well.
